"User", "you", or "your" refers to the person accessing our website or booking a service. "We", "us", or "our" refers to Fernwood Records. "Agreement" refers to these Terms & Conditions in full.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these terms. Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and over with the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
3. Service Description
Fernwood Records provides document organization and general educational sessions related to personal paperwork, currently offered in and around Chiang Mai, Thailand. Availability of sessions may vary based on scheduling capacity.
4. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact information when booking a session
- Treat our team respectfully during sessions and workshops
- Understand that all organizing decisions and outcomes remain your own
- Not use our services for any unlawful purpose
5. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, graphics, and printed workshop materials, remains the property of Fernwood Records. You may use printed materials provided during a workshop for personal reference only.
6. Payment Terms
Pricing for each service is published in Thai Baht (฿) and confirmed at the time of booking. Payment is due as agreed at booking. Cancellations made with reasonable notice may be eligible for rescheduling; please contact us to discuss individual circumstances.
7. Service-Specific Terms
Sessions and workshops are scheduled by appointment. The scope of each service is as described on our Solutions page at the time of booking. Any changes to scope will be discussed and agreed with you in advance.
8. Disclaimers
Our services are provided on an "as is" basis and are limited strictly to document organization and general education. We do not provide legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice, and we make no guarantees regarding outcomes related to your personal affairs. Always consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Thai law, Fernwood Records' liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, except where such limitation is not permitted by law.

You agree to hold Fernwood Records harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of our services or violation of these terms.
11. Termination
Either party may end an ongoing service engagement with reasonable notice. Provisions relating to intellectual property, liability, and dispute resolution survive termination of this agreement.
12. Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. We encourage informal resolution of any concerns by contacting us directly before pursuing other remedies. Any disputes not resolved informally shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Chiang Mai, Thailand.
13. General Provisions
This agreement represents the entire understanding between you and Fernwood Records regarding our services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to do so later.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
